Here´s another attempt to get rid of some of my "can´t live without" papers that have collected dust since I bought them. I love the So Sopie line from My Minds Eye, I just haven´t used all of them yet.
This is me when I turned 30 a couple of years ago. My sewing machine broke down when I was sewing my curtains for my scraphouse, lucky I managed to fix this layout before it happened.
I´ve sprayed the background with Glimmer Mist Juneberry Wine. I´ve stamped it with a swirl stamp (Frayed Burlap). All black rub ons are from Åhléns. The small pearls on all scallops are Pearl Maker Cream. I´ve used the sewing machine around the entire background.
Osiris got his paws on the large Prima flower. He actually opened up the package while it was hanging on my clip it up! Clever cat. Lucky I caught him in the act, otherwise it would have been torn into pieces. So I thought I might as well use it while it´s still intact. Once he gets his focus on something... Well. Those of you who have cats know what I´m talking about.
All the other flowers and bling are from Prima as well. The key is a gift from Angela, bless her for keeping my stock full.
I´ve stapled the white lace and used Nestabilities on the frame.
I used my sewing machine to attach the lace to the circle. The circle and the scalloped circle has been cut out with my Gazelle. The little white vintage frame is from Melissa Frances.
